iraa is an AI styling assistant. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and how to make it go away.

What we collect

Your messages and photos that you send us, on WhatsApp or on the web, so we can give you styling advice.
Basic profile info you give us, like your name and stated preferences.
Your phone number, if you reach us on WhatsApp. It is used only to reply to you.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data to anyone.
We do not use your photos for anything except generating your own styling advice and, where you ask for it, a try-on render of you.
We do not share your data with other users.

Who else sees it

To generate a reply, your message and photo are sent to our AI model provider (Google, via the Gemini API) for processing. If you message us on WhatsApp, that channel is operated by Meta under the WhatsApp Business Platform. Neither is authorised to use your data beyond delivering our service to you.

Want it all gone? Send the word delete to iraa, on WhatsApp or on the web. We remove your conversation history, stored preferences, and photos immediately. No trace left, no need to explain why.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as you're an active user of iraa, so we can remember your style and continue the conversation. You can ask us to delete it at any time, as above.
